I am so glad you found me. I am a writer of nature inspired poetry and prose, a nature artist, and hold a master degree in German and English literature and language. I am also a trained adult educator, life coach, and passionate naturalist.

My friends find me always doing something creative, I have long been a seeker of meaning and a tree lover, and I am always moved by all things wabi sabi. I love England and the English language and so this place is also a learning space for me and an great opportunity to connect with people of the English speaking world.

‘The Poetry of Nature’, is so named because Nature is very precious to me, and I think it’s worth to be aware of her beauty, importance and fragility.

Why subscribe?

Here on Substack I share short texts inspired by nature like poetry, prose, essays and nature writing, and perhaps sometimes some inspiration for your own writing.

My poetic texts arise from the interaction between nature and myself, my observations and emotional reactions to them, my associations and reflections about us and our environment.

I often see things through a lens of a painter and photographer, so I create word images of nature‘s traces. I hope to bring to you my experiences in and with nature to enrich your daily life perhaps mostly lived indoors or in a big city.
